Hello. I treat my body in shape. I have a wasp waist and I'm not overweight, but I want to pitch. I exercise cardiovascular and strength training 3 to 4 times a week. But Gordo little in my abs is not going away. I think it's because I need to integrate a "system" in my lifestyle. Has advice from anyone in a single supply?
