How long will I see the results if you eat well and exercise?
Hello. I'm 5'5 "and 107 pounds 21% body fat. I want to look like a fitness model (not bulky Female body builders good) or a swimsuit model. (Body fat from 15 to 17%) I eat 5 meals small daily and 1500 calories. sometimes 1600 calories / day I do cardio (high impact) 45 minutes in the morning 58 minutes of strength training (weight Light 3 to 5 pounds) 6 days per week with 1 day off. I wonder if they adhere to this program, how long will I see results? The program promised 90 days result, I can see the result of a little faster than 90 days, knowing that I am not even a little more weight to begin with? any input will be greatly appreciated. thanks
Certainly looks like you're on the track. I think what we are doing is good. Weight training is essential because it continues to build muscles makes the body more efficient in burning calories.You can do this without bulking up, if it goes well there. What I want to suggest, is to change the heart of occasionally. The body can get used to the same routine, then change to adapt. For example, I used to do anything but run. After my first marathon I saw no improvement. So I added swimming and biking to my training and helped me reach the next level. Above all, be patient. Everyone can do these things because it takes time and dedication. If there were no shortcuts and easy ways to do it, everyone would be fitness models.
