British entry in the U.S.?
I am after some advice from someone in the U.S. or the UK who has experience of exemptions criminal record with regard to migration to the United States. I have been convicted of a fight "(a street fight when he was 15 years, 6 years) FARE dodge and threatening behavior to a supervisor. (essentially, boarded a train without a ticket and was captured and returned inspector of abuse when he was 19 2 years) that these offenses are the "moral turpitude" Only after a proper education response! please
Fare dodging seems to imply depravity moral, because it resembles a form of theft is the theft of services. All crimes of theft are CIMT. If the wording of the law in the UK say that everything sounds like robbery, theft, robbery, etc., then the fare evasion is one CIMT. Threatening behavior may be, but again, it depends on the wording. Threats of harm times CIMT.
