amtrak train northern california
Amtrak will take you to the Bay area of Los Angeles?
Does anyone know if you can take the train from California to Northern California South without taking the bus? Please let me know what train line and what travel is like if you took it. Thanks
This is a train with a single trip in each direction per day. It's called the Coast Starlight and I think it takes forever b / c that runs along the coast through SLO and Santa Barbara. And from what I read, has some of the worst delays in the system, speaker B / C Amtrak is horrible. I think it takes at least 12-16 hours and if it is a time that is most likely not. If time not a factor, then you wish you can feel, I've heard, is a really scenic train race.
